But when will Google allow my 3 Grams digital scales app back on the Play Store?
They said it doesnt work and its not functionally possible and yet there are over 50K active users and dozens of real demonstration videos. It is clearly a mistake and they ignoring the supporting facts.

This is the problem with Google, there are alot of double standards, they have all these policies but they dont follow policies and facts themselves.

JW Library app is one I didn’t see mentioned. It has multiple bible versions and in over 1000 languages. It’s also free. You shouldn’t have to pay to learn about God. It has videos, , movies, music, a study bible, the ability to highlight text, make notes, backup and restore data, and is available on iPad, iPhone, and android.

Would it be possible to understand which country the data you referenced comes from. The average phone user has about 80 apps installed. You state 18.5, maybe this is correct in some countries, but this is definitely not the US, Canada, and most of Europe
